Price accuracy disclaimer

Prices shown are reported by other drivers and by us, not by the stations themselves. A price can be out of date, mistyped, or simply wrong by the time you arrive — that's why every price carries an age and a confidence signal, not a guarantee. Always confirm the price at the pump before you fuel up. We are not responsible for a price that turned out to be different than what the app showed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit a price, station, or review you know to be false.
• Use the capture flow anywhere other than stopped, safely, at a pump.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell the data behind the app.
• Attempt to identify another user from an anonymous contribution.
• Impersonate a station, a brand, or another person.

Content you submit

Names and descriptions you write for public collections, and anything you post to the ideas board, are moderated: profanity-filtered automatically and reviewed by hand when reported. We can remove content or restrict an account that doesn't follow these terms. You can report a collection, a station, or another contributor from within the app.

Rewards & points

Points have no cash value, aren't transferable, and can be adjusted if we find they were earned through false reports or abuse of the app.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including a fill-up that cost more than a price shown in the app led you to expect.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the app's changelog.
